I work closely with CEOs of lower middle market business services firms, helping them architect and build an “Intelligent Enterprise”— an organization that is more scalable, productive, adaptive, and capable of sustaining profitable growth in an increasingly competitive and technology-driven economy.

Over the course of my career, I have served as a CEO, COO, CTO / CIO, entrepreneur / Founder, leading startups and middle market organizations through periods of development and growth. In addition to my C-level roles, I have served as a management consultant, executive search and talent acquisition partner , B2B SaaS product developer, and systems design engineer. This unique combination of experiences allows me to approach challenges from an enterprise-wide perspective—aligning strategy, operations, technology, and talent into a cohesive, scalable system.

Just a few of the things I do:

· Develop and implement the technology and AI roadmap - Layering AI and automation across operations, sales, recruiting, and CX to improve productivity, decision-making, and scalability.

· Design operating models that optimize the efficacy between people, process, and technology—improving execution, accountability, and reducing CEO dependency.

· Build structured hiring platforms to hire faster and hire better; Optimize talent utilization and AI-talent integration; Recruit and retain high-performance leaders.

· Identify and address constraints impacting efficiency and scalability; align go-to-market, delivery, and leadership capacity so growth is consistent, supported, and repeatable.
