Working at the nexus of both digital and workforce transformation, Joe guides and leads organizations in the application of emerging technologies, re-engineering of business processes, and AI integration solutions. Joe’s approach combines deep technical expertise with extensive business experience. He has a keen understanding of workforce optimization, leadership gaps, and ensuring that technology solutions drive real value. His career experience include:

Fractional Chief Operating Officer / Chief Information Officer, WhatsPossible, Inc. - Leadership services in helping CEO's of growth-stage companies build stronger, scale faster, and run day-to-day execution.

Chief Information Officer / Chief Transformation Officer of two major transportation companies: School Bus and Public Transit

Co-founder and CEO of a retained executive search firm with offices in New York City and Chicago, ranked top 25 in revenue among retained search firms in US (prior to its acquisition).

TAS (Time and Activity System): Time and activity performance management software designed to track and monitor time, activity, deliverables, customized metrics, KPI’s, and performance of employees working remotely.

Joe holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with a concentration in Computer Engineering / Digital Systems from Manhattan University in Riverdale, New York. His certifications include:

Outside of work, Joe plays keyboards, guitar, and sings in the Long Island rock cover band “Chasing Time.” He and his wife Dorothy enjoy relaxing on the sandy ocean beaches of Fire Island and the Hamptons, and spending time with their family.
