Biography

Working at the nexus of both digital and workforce transformation, Joe Ziccardi has led organizations in the application of emerging technologies, re-engineering of business processes, and AI integration solutions. Joe’s approach combines deep technical expertise with extensive business experience. He has a keen understanding of workforce optimization, leadership gaps, and ensuring that technology solutions drive real value.

His background combines three growth drivers rarely found in a single operating leader:

1. Technology, AI, Data, & Business Intelligence – as a Growth Differentiator

As Chief Information Officer, Joe has architected and led major digital transformation initiatives; he has architected and built hybrid technology environments; managing vendors, MSPs, internal IT teams, and external development resources. Joe's expertise also includes software product development, business systems design, and enterprise technology performance architecture.

2. Operational Performance Optimization – as a Growth Accelerator

As a Founder, CEO, COO, and CIO/CTO, Joe has built, scaled and exited multiple companies. He's led growth initiatives and designed operating models that make growth repeatable. He has built high-performance teams and managed senior leaders in finance, HR, marketing, and sales. He has extensive experience in sales, new business development, and leveraging technology to scale operations.

3. Talent Strategy – as a Growth Engine

Through Joe's extensive background in talent architecture, executive search, staff augmentation, and recruitment technology, he has helped companies develop and build capabilities to hire faster and hire better. His certifications with advanced assessment testing platforms, knowledge of job design, and understanding of AI-talent integrations, ensure that both current and future employees are motivated, inspired, and their talents are being developed and optimized.

Joe has also been the creator, lead product developer for proprietary software applications including:

MARS; (Mobile Alternative Resource System), a B2B enterprise SaaS platform with mobile apps; offering mobile recruitment, employee referral, employee rewards, and mobile communications; (www.doitonmars.com).

TAS (Time and Activity System): Time and activity performance management software designed to track and monitor time, activity, deliverables, customized metrics, KPI’s, and performance of employees working remotely.

Joe Ziccardi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with a concentration in Computer Engineering / Digital Systems from Manhattan University in Riverdale, New York. His certifications include:

Outside of work, Joe plays keyboards, guitar, and sings in the Long Island rock cover band “Chasing Time.” He and his wife Dorothy enjoy relaxing on the sandy ocean beaches of Fire Island and the Hamptons, and spending time with their family.
